Based in Los Angeles, Todd Tydlaska is an Executive Vice President specializing in the sale, recapitalization, and financing of investment properties across the Western U.S. Providing a full spectrum of capital markets advisory services, representing institutional and private investors, lenders, special servicers, corporate occupiers, receivers, and real estate developers, his expertise includes financing, joint ventures, leaseholds, and development advisory for transactions of office, land, mixed-use, and studio assets. Todd joined Colliers in 2025 as a partner on the firm's Office Capital Markets team. With over 25 years of industry experience, he has transacted over $30 billion in capital markets transactions throughout the Western U.S. With diverse experience covering a wide geography and deal size, Todd provides his clients with a unique and strategic approach firmly rooted in his position as a leading industry professional. Todd joined Colliers from CBRE, where he was a lead member of the office investment sales team and global capital markets team based in Los Angeles, CA.
